This build was a complete departure from our usual Scout projects, centred around a bold Lamborghini orange colour scheme, vintage aesthetics and ultra-premium component choices.
This build is a perfect example of how far a Scout can be pushed when a customer wants something truly unique. The vision for this project was clear: a stealthy, ultra-premium machine with old-school character, modern performance, and show-bike attention to detail. So that’s exactly what we delivered.
The theme revolves around Lamborghini orange paintwork, vintage Firestone tyres, high-end braking components, subtle blacked-out details and a hand-airbrushed skull headdress that transforms the tank into a genuine piece of artwork. Almost every element was either modified, upgraded or custom-built to achieve the final result.
The customer knew exactly what colour he wanted—genuine Lamborghini orange—so we matched it perfectly. This vivid paintwork is complemented by hand-airbrushed skull headdress artwork on the tank, one of the standout visual elements of the entire build.
The seat was reupholstered to match the theme, featuring orange diamond stitching and an embroidered Indian script logo. The MSR radiator guard and Indian Script emblem were colour-matched, while subtle black mesh infills help tie everything together. From every angle, the bike balances bold colour with stealthy black components for a unique blend of vintage and premium modern styling.
With the bike running Firestone vintage tyres (5.00-16 front and rear) mounted on spoked wheels, the build demanded a drivetrain that suited the old-school look. A belt drive simply wouldn’t fit the aesthetic—so we fitted a full belt-to-chain conversion.
We changed the rear hub to accept a sprocket, fitted a matching front sprocket, and paired them with a premium black DID chain with gold outer links. To elevate the details further, we installed an MSR milled front pulley cover with black mesh infill. This setup not only transforms the appearance but also adds durability and serviceability suited to the customer’s riding style.
Because the customer wanted a bike that not only looked premium but performed at a much higher level, the braking system received one of the most significant upgrades on the entire build. We replaced the factory calipers with Harrison billet front and rear brake calipers, which offer exceptional machining quality, improved bite and far greater durability than the originals. These were paired with a Brembo RCS front brake master cylinder, well known for its adjustability, pressure stability and race-derived feel. A matching Brembo clutch perch and lever were installed to ensure symmetry and top-tier ergonomics on both sides of the bars.
To finish the cockpit, we fitted a Rizoma billet brake fluid reservoir, chosen for its sleek, premium appearance and crystal-clear fluid visibility. The front brake hoses were fully blacked out to blend into the bike’s stealth theme. Altogether, this braking package radically enhances stopping power, lever modulation and rider confidence, while elevating the visual quality of the control area to the same ultra-premium standard as the rest of the build.
The exhaust system on this build was crafted entirely from the ground up to match the bike’s aggressive, vintage-meets-modern character. We fabricated a bespoke ground-pounder header system, shaping each pipe for balanced flow and a striking visual presence. The customer specifically wanted high-quality exhaust wrap that wouldn’t fray, fade or unravel, so we used a premium heat wrap that stays tight and clean over time. The system is finished with custom MSR billet dice exhaust tips, giving a sharp, mechanical edge to the rear of the bike.
To complement the free-breathing headers, we installed an S&S performance pod filter, allowing the engine to take in significantly more air. With these hardware changes, a full ECU recalibration was essential. On our dyno, we removed the torque limits, increased the top-speed restriction, raised the rev limit and wrote a completely custom ignition and fueling map tailored to this engine and exhaust combination. The transformation is immediately noticeable — the bike delivers roughly 15% more performance, far sharper throttle response, punchier acceleration and smoother power delivery across the entire rev range.
To balance the increased power, torque and braking performance, upgraded suspension was essential. We fitted K-Tech Razor Black piggyback shock absorbers, chosen not only for their stealthy appearance but for their excellent high-speed composure and much improved comfort compared to the harsh OEM shocks.
Combined with MSR billet upper fork tubes and custom-cut MSR rubber fork gaiters, the front end also received a visual and functional upgrade. The MSR billet fork tubes were shortened specifically to allow the installation of TruWrapz fork-mounted LED indicators, which complete the blackout theme.
