The Harley-Davidson CVO (Custom Vehicle Operations) group created these limited-production, exclusive motorcycles produced by a team of highly skilled technicians in a special assembly area at the Harley-Davidson plants in Pennsylvania and Kansas City.

The 110-cid (1800cc) Twin Cam high-performance air-cooled V-Twin engine delivers an impressive 110 ft. lbs. of torque at 3000 rpm. The engine is rigid-mounted in the Softail frame and equipped with internal counter-balanced shafts that eliminate 90 percent of primary engine vibration. Electronic Sequential Port Fuel Injection (ESPFI) is standard on the Twin Cam 110B and the engine is mated to a 6-speed Cruise Drive transmission, for lower cruising rpm in top gear.

This beautiful, low mileage machine is finished in "Black Diamond" and has been treated to the following high-quality extras:
