Here are full details of the bike's professional rebuild:

- Bike was completely stripped and frame de-tabbed of unwanted brackets.
- Frame, swinging arm, Side Rock Cycles scrambler subframe and various other parts were sent off for satin black powdercoating.
- Motor was stripped for inspection and fully refreshed, upgraded and rebuilt.
- Motor and transmission were treated to a heat-proof satin black finish and some polished edge detailing.
- Tank was re-painted in Deep Orange with white pinstriping.
- The carbs were fully overhauled, ceramic coated black and fitted with some less restrictive Ramair filters.
- New EBC floating radial drilled discs, sintered pads, Venhill stainless/ black hoses and upgraded Brembo master cylinder.
- New YSS fully adjustable shocks.
- Refreshed forks.
- New Avon Trailrider dual purpose tyres.
